Insured for replacement value (see prices on individual product pages)
Removed from display base (do not send base)
Cleaned of all silicone, paints, and adhesives

Do I need a new power supply or
does the globe need to be refilled?
Troubleshooting tips:
Make sure the unit is plugged in and the wall outlet functions. (Plug a light into exactly where the power supply was plugged in to see if indeed the wall outlet and any extension cord themselves are okay.)
Make sure the Globe is connected to the power supply unit. Warning: handle the Globe's wiring only when the power supply is unplugged because of the high voltage present.
